Chakor to make a SHOCKING announcement

The ‘little wings’ of Chakor (Spandan Chaturvedi) are about to be cut by Bhaiyyaji (Sai Ballal) in Colors’ Udann. 

Yes, as per our last story, Chakor was caught when she tried to escape from Bhaiyyaji’s cage home. The man in order to threaten her had taken her to Ishwar (Sandeep Baswana) who was living his life in the jail. 

Now with Chakor pleading for his release, Bhaiyyaji will want Chakor to make one big sacrifice. 

As per Bhaiyyaji, Chakor will have to summon the entire village and address to them about the ‘prayaschit’ that she will be making after committing the grave sin of wanting to ‘gain knowledge’. 

A source states, “In front of the entire village, Chakor will have to tell all that she had chosen a wrong path, that is to study. And now she has come back to her true life, that of being a bonded labourer.”

Meanwhile, with Chakor agreeing to make this announcement of quitting studies in front of the villagers, Ishwar will be granted bail. When Ishwar, Aabha (Dolphin Dwivedi) and Prabhakar Rawat (Vijay Aidasani) would get to know of this, they would rush to the spot to stop Chakor from taking this major decision.

Dayaben to drive a 'scooty' for the first time

Dayaben and her histrionics in Neela Telefilms’ Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on SAB TV have gotten worldwide appreciation. Whether it be her non-stop banter, her very famous garbha or her jovial mannerisms, Disha Vakani who plays the popular character has always excelled.

Now, it is time for Dayaben to take a jolly ride on a scooty…                             

Yes, you heard it right!! Viewers will see Daya aka Disha driving a scooty for the very first time on the show!!

So what would prompt Daya to drive the vehicle?

Well, Daya would have gone out with her friend for a jolly shopping session and would not realize that she has gotten late. She will request her friend to drop her home as her husband, father-in-law and son would be waiting for food to be served. This will be when Daya will get on to her scooty ride.

However, Daya will soon realize that her friend would be driving the scooty very slowly. Hence, Daya will pop up the helmet on her head, and offer to drive it faster so that she would be able to reach on time.

Arpita Khan's wedding Mania

It's almost zero hour for the wedding of the year, after weeks of preps, speculation about who was on the guest list, and sneak peeks at the wedding invite.

Here's what you need to know about Arpita Khan's big fat wedding, coming up tonight.

The bride: 
Arpita, 25, is writer Salim Khan's adopted daughter and the youngest of his five children. Arpita's three brothers - Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail - act, direct and produce. Her elder sister Alvira is married to actor-director Atul Agnihotri. Actress Malaika Arora Khan, Arbaaz's wife, is Arpita's sister-in-law. Arpita works in design and architecture and has said that she'd like to launch a fashion label someday.

The groom:
Aayush Sharma, Arpita's intended, is the son of politician Anil Sharma. He is believed to currently be seeking a showbiz career and is reportedly going to return to managing the family business in Delhi if he doesn't make it big in Bollywood in a year.

The guest list: 
To call the VVIP guest list exclusive would be putting it mildly. Invitees include personages as exalted as President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is currently in Australia and as such unlikely to be spotted among the wedding guests. The cream of Bollywood has, of course, been invited. The list is peppered with names like Amitabh Bachchan, Khan (Shah Rukh, Aamir and Saif), Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone.

The party's started already: 
Galaxy Apartments, the building the Khan-daan occupies in Mumbai, has been decorated with strings of lights since last week. Sunday saw a day of celebrations beginning with a haldi ceremony, going on to a mehendi and winding up with a sangeet. Arpita was photographed surrounded by a bunch of friends and family. Various Khans were spotted around Galaxy Apartments through the day, looking very busy.

Major twist in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai…Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara

A major twist is on its way in Star Plus’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai…Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri Productions). As the show is all set to end on 1 November, the makers have decided to drop a big bomb in terms of drama in the show.

The track will revolve around the past of Ayush (Nikhil Sharma) who entered the show last week. The guy who had helped Pankhuri (Disha Parmar) during her accident and now stays at her place having lost his mental balance will have a long lost connection with the family.

Well wondering what the secret is?

Ayush is actually Avantika’s (Mansi Salvi) son. Yes, he is Aditya’s (Nakuul Mehta) brother. The child was given away by Nanaji (Mukesh Khanna) and Avantika till now believed she gave birth to a still born baby years back. The creatives are although still deciding on the fact that whether Ayush will be Harish’s (Nitesh Pandey) son or someone from Avantika’s past.

Randhir plans to break off Sanyukta's engagement

Badhai ho badhai!!! It’s time for some celebrations in Channel V’s Sadda Haq: My Life My Choice (Beyond Dreams Entertainment) as the pretty and intelligent Sanyukta (Harshita Gaur) is set to get engaged.
Now viewers surely know that Sanyukta has agreed to the match only to keep her family happy and her true feelings are reserved for Randhir (Param Singh). The lover boy too has been upset with these developments but he put up a strong stance in front of Sanyukta.

Salman Yusuff will be seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi

Earlier in the day we wrote about Ragini Khanna being approached to be a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi season 5 on Colors (Endemol India).
And the latest we have learnt from a credible source is that actor-choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan has been signed by the makers to be a part of the above show.

“Yes, he has signed the contract and he will be flying off to Argentina soon, where the show will be shot,” said a source.
We buzzed Salman for a confirmation but he did not revert. Salman won the last season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa along with Drashti Dhami.


Actors who have already been roped in for the project are Ek Hazaaron… fame Kushal Tandon and his lady love Gauahar Khan (Bigg Boss 7 winner), Mugdha Godse (Fashion) and Nikitin Dheer (Chennai Express).

Yashashri and Puru Chibber to feature in Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui

The very pretty looking Yashashri Masurkar and the talented actor Puru Chibber will get together for an upcoming story of Disney Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui (BBC Worldwide/ Lost Boy Productions).
This love tale will commence with hatred between two families. The boy of one of these families will kidnap the girl of the other family to weave a revenge tale. However, the girl will manage to escape after a certain number of days and reach her family, only to be sent back to avoid social disgrace.

Soon, love will blossom between the kidnapper and the girl and how they take the relationship forward will form the crux of the story. The role of the kidnapper will be played by Puru and the girl, of course, by lovely Yashashri.


When contacted Puru he confirmed the development and said, "I wanted to be a part of Yeh Hai Aashiqui from its first episode and finally Vikas Gupta (Producer) gave me the opportunity."

Shabnam Sayed quits Qubool Hai over creative differences

The track of actress Shabnam Sayed(Shirin Rashid Ahmed Khan), Vaquar Sheikh (Rashid Ahmed Khan) and Shalini Kapoor Sagar (Dilshad Rashid Ahmed Khan) in Zee TV’s Qubool Hai provided for a mature love story of a man married to two wives and staying with them under one roof.

However, the track of Shireen, essayed by Shabnam in the popular 4 Lions Films show has not been seen for a month or so now! And the track of the trio has lost focus all of a sudden, giving way to newer plots. And it also happens to be a fact that Shabnam Sayed has not been shooting for Qubool Hai for a month now.

We wondered why the interesting character of Shireen all of a sudden went missing from the show. Upon finding out, we heard that Shabnam nearly staged a walkout from the show owing to creative differences.

A reliable source tells us that Shabnam had been having a problem with her character’s progress for some time. And when Shireen’s character had to portray a negative shade in the story line, Shabnam had an inhibition doing that. She in fact went on to have quite a lot of arguments with the production house and also with the channel creatives. She started to feel that all the good work that was done on her role was being washed off with the sudden change in shade to Shireen. Though the creative team and even the Producer Gul Khan tried to drive home the fact that the particular track needed Shireen to behave in such a manner, the actress would not agree.

Nigaar Khan talks about Gauahar & Kushal

Love birds, Gauahar Khan and Kushal Tandon have been painting the city red with their romantic tales. But, is this pretty lady’s family ready to accept her BF yet!!!

Well, Gauahar’s sister Nigaar feel it’s too soon to come to a conclusion.

In fact, Nigaar Khan goes on to state, “On a reality show if you’re locked in a room for 105 days when everybody is against you but there is one person who is standing for you as a friend, love is bound to happen in those circumstances. But after that they should live their usual lives. Then we’ll have to see what happens. I would say that Gauahar is a very intelligent girl and if she has stood on national television and said something then she must have thought a lot. She is not somebody who would do something for ratings.”

Wedding of Siddhartha and Yashodhara

Years of research and preparations will finally bear fruit as the magnum-opus historical on the life of Buddha, titledBuddha – Rajaon Ka Raja produced by B.K. Modi’s Spice Studios on Zee TV will take to a new phase of story-telling with the wedding of Siddhartha (Himanshu Soni) and Yashodhara (Kajal Jain) being aired this weekend.

A lot of grandeur in terms of the look of the sets, costumes, jewellery has indeed gone on to make the episode look very special. Amidst all the fanfare and celebration in Kapilvasthu palace, the guests from all over will be welcomed for the grand wedding. However, Mangla (Reshmi Ghosh Vasudev) will create a scene by not coming for the pheras, but she somehow will get convinced by Siddhartha at the end. Siddhartha and Yashodhara will get married amidst all the pomp and glory post which the guests will wait with bated breath for an enthralling performance coming from Amrapali.
